All adult locker room facilities have shampoo, conditioner, soap, shave cream, hair gel, hairspray, combs, brushes, antiperspirant, cologne, hair dryers and curling irons. Members may bring their own toiletries if they prefer. We also provide an unlimited supply of towels at no additional charge. The adult locker rooms both have lounge areas with televisions and seating provided for your comfort.
 

Proshop
The Downtown Athletic Club Proshop carries high performance sports gear, contemporary athletic apparel and work out essentials for the convenience of members and guests. The Proshop is located adjacent to the back reception desk and lobby.



Tanning
The state certified DAC tanning rooms are available for member and guest use during all hours of operation. Tanning packages may be purchased in 200, 100, 60, 15, 10 and 5 minute time allotments.

Personal Lockers
Personal lockers provide members a private, secure space to keep their workout clothing and personal amenities. With your personal locker service comes 24 hour laundry service. Your workout clothes will be placed back in your locker clean and ready for the next day.

The DAC has three types of lockers:

  1. Day use lockers are available in the adult locker rooms and are complimentary. 
  2. Personal lockers are available for a monthly fee and includel laundry service.  
  3. Junior lockers in the junior locker rooms require use of a padlock. Locks can be checked out from the front desk by exchanging a membership card or photo I.D.

Steam Room & Sauna
Each adult locker room has both a steam room and a sauna. This provides members a relaxing atmosphere to indulge themselves in the moist, cleansing environment of a steam room or the dry heat of a sauna. The sauna temperature is maintained at 190 degrees. The steam room temperature is maintained at 125 degrees with a 2 degree differential.
