Same Rates at Personal Training

Parent/Child Swim Class Complimentary for Members
This is a drop-in water exploration swim lesson for parents and their
children ages 6 months to 3 years.The class meets on the deck of the Fitness
Pool on Saturdays from 10 -11 a.m. |

Youth Group Lessons
30-minute group swim lessons for ages 3 to 12 are offered in the fall,
winter and spring. Our student to teacher ratio never exceeds 4:1 which
means that our swimmers receive personalized instruction in a social atmosphere.
Help your child learn how to be safe in the water or improve his or her

Private Swim Lessons
Semi-Private Swim Lessons
Learn to swim, increase your endurance or improve your strokes with
the DAC’s swimming lesson program for ages 2 and up. Our experienced
instructors use developmentally appropriate and effective teaching methods
to help your child master skills and gain confidence. To schedule a lesson,
call 484-4011 x237 and leave your name, phone number, child’s age
and your preferred lesson day and time.
Private and Semi-Private Lesson rates are available by clicking
on the Swim Lesson Rates lin. Lessons expire one year from the date of
purchase. Package discounts are offered on both Private and Semi-Private
lessons!
Swim clients who cancel their lesson with 24 hours notice
will not be charged for a missed lesson. To cancel a lesson, please call

HYDRO-FIT®
This deep-water class is an intensity-level workout for advanced
water exercisers. The high-energy aerobic segment of the workout is
at least 30 minutes and is augmented with strengthening exercises and
followed by a final stretch relaxation.
PERSONAL WATER EXERCISE TRAINING
Learn how to use the water to your advantage with a DAC water trainer.
Sessions will prepare you to venture into the water using bouyancy and
resistance equipment. Instructors teach clients how to build strength,
increase flexibility and challenge the cardiovascular system. Learn to
self motivate and have fun exercising on your own. Package prices are
the same as personal training rates. For ages 15 and over.
SWIM CONDITIONING
New to swimming? Improve your stroke, build endurance, get a beginning
workout and meet other lap swimmers in this adult beginning lap swim class
taught by Robin Clevenger every Monday from 5:45-6:45 p.m. Free for members.
DAC F.A.S.T. (Fitness Adult
Swim Team)
The Fitness Adult Swim Team Program combines a challenging cardiovascular
workout with advanced stroke drills in a social atmosphere. Experienced
swim coach Rick Rodriquez will help you achieve your swimming goals.

WATER WORKS (e3)
Have fun in this moderately paced deep-water class that incorporates
bouyancy and resistance equipment to develop cardiovascular and muscular
endurance. This class provides total body conditioning with progressive
cardiovascular workouts. Routine exercises are designed to enhance the
mind-body connection, increase core strength, maximize toning and increase
flexibility. All ability levels are welcome.
AQUA PILATES (e3)
Rejuvenate your mind and body with this pilates class designed specifically
for the water. Strengthen your core muscles and increase body awareness.
This workout is suited for adults of all ages.
AQUA THER-EX (e3)
This class is designed for those people just beginning an exercise
program or overcoming an injury. This is also a great class for those
suffering from arthritis. Our instructor will take you through the basic
skills that will help you improve your balance, flexibility, and endurance.
AQUA ARTHRITIS (e3)
Focusing on muscle strengthening and physical endurance in a relaxed
warm water environment, this class is perfect for those who suffer from
arthritis or experience stiffness in their joints. The warmth and buoyancy
of the water helps decrease pain as well as helps improve joint flexibility,
coordination, balance and an overall sense of wellbeing.

DAC YOUTH WATER POLO
Members: $20/month

Water Polo is a cross between basketball and soccer in the water. It is
an exciting, fast-paced game that introduces the element of a ball sport
to the aquatics arena. Our program focuses on the fundamentals of water
polo - passing, dribbling, shooting and sportsmanship. Participants must
be able to swim one length freestyle of the lap pool. For kids ages 6
years through 8th grade.
The first week is free! Ask about discounts for participation in both
water polo and swim team.
DAC YOUTH SWIM TEAM
Members: $30/month
Non-Members: $45/month

If you can swim 25 yards of freestyle and 25 yards of backstroke, then
you're ready to be part of the DAC Swim Team! For kids ages 6 years through
8th grade. The coaches teach breaststroke, butterfly, starts, turns, and
train students for competitive swim meets.
Come try out the team for a week for free before joining! Ask about discounts
for participation in both water polo and swim team.

NOON COACHED SWIM
Led by a DAC personal trainer, Noon Coached Swim provides stroke instruction
along with structured, progressive and challenging swim workouts on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 - 1 p.m. Meet at the lap pool at noon.

FAMILY SWIM
Family swim is available Monday through Thursday in the fitness pool.
A lifeguard is not on duty during family swim hours. Children under the
age of 14 and nonswimmers must be accompanied by an adult.

LIFEGUARD SWIM
Lifeguard swim is available for swimmers of all ages in the fitness
pool. A life guard is on duty during this time and children ages 7 to
14 may swim without a parent present. Children ages 6 and under must have
adult supervision.
Friday 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Weekends 12:30-7:30 p.m.
