Conference Facilities

The Downtown Athletic Club’s Conference Center is a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of the downtown business district. Fine period architecture and ornamentation infuse Eugene’s finest athletic, social and dining facility with an air of traditional elegance. Our private rooms provide unparalleled settings of high ceilings, natural light and elegant wood accents.

Whether you are planning a business meeting, wedding, holiday party or other social event, the DAC has it all.

Food and Beverage

The DAC offers a full range of catering services from hors d’oeuvres to custom-designed menus considering your budget, desired atmosphere and dietary concerns. We have a well-balanced wine and beer list that offers a variety of Northwest selections.

Location and Parking

The Club’s Conference Center is located at 10th and Willamette in downtown Eugene. Complimentary parking is available in the Eugene Overpark located on 10th and Oak Streets. The Club is connected to the Overpark by a skybridge on level 1 West. The Club’s conference center is wheelchair accessible.

My office recently had a corporate retreat day at DAC and we are very pleased we chose that space. From start to finish the entire planning of our event was seamless. Margie, the Events Manager, was a pleasure to work with and ensured everything we needed was taken care of  and provided for us on the day, even down to the small details  – that mean so much.

Kyle our coordinator when we arrived was very attentive to ensure everything we needed for breakfast/lunch and happy hour were taken care of well in advance: such as adjusting the room to a comfortable temperature (and back) several times during our stay, making sure the food for our guests with special dietary requirements are clearly labeled, always topping up the coffee/juice/soda supply to keep the team going, etc.  The entire staff were terrifically accommodating and friendly and looked after us very well.

It also happened to be one of our colleague’s birthday that day and Onslo, the General Manager even helped us arrange a delicious surprise birthday cake for him adding that extra special touch of hospitality that high caliber establishments know and understand is so important to their clients.

For corporate/executive spaces in Eugene I would highly recommend booking the Downtown Athletic Club. You will not be disappointed.

The Club Room, which is located on the mezzanine level of the Conference Center, has a sophisticated elegance for special events when a mood of warmth and intimacy is desired. It is also appropriate for larger format meetings.

The Sunset Room, which can be divided into two separate rooms, faces west. The windows along the west wall create an open, light environment perfect for a meeting or elegant dining experience.

The Ballroom, which can be divided into three separate rooms, boasts 20-foot ceilings, natural and artificial lighting and a 17-foot projection screen. Sophisticated combination lighting creates any atmosphere and is ideal for a wedding reception, a private party or a professional seminar.
