Though the goals of our Members differ, in all cases, personal training means efficient and effective workouts, personal attention, motivation, support and accountability. Personal trainers are always available to meet with Members and work with all ages and fitness levels. The DAC offers one-on-one and group training packages for sale.

She has coached self-designed circuit workouts to active seniors, low-impact, functional training to small groups as well as H.I.I.T-style boot camp sessions incorporating agility, speed and cardiovascular drills with a variety of modalities for resistance training.

Personal trainer in San Francisco-Bay Area for 10 years between Golds Gym, Crunch, and Fitness SF. Stayed active playing football, baseball, softball, basketball, track, mountain biking, waterskiing, and coaching track, volleyball, and basketball. Married, and have three adult children, a golden retriever, and two grandchildren.
