  1. Start in a neutral position.
  2. Slowly start to bend at the at the hip joint then the knee joint to make approximately a 45 degree angle.
  3. Keep your back and neck straight. Try not to move your knees too much.
  4. As you come back to the standing position, make sure to push through your heels.
