  1. Set the TRX straps at 75-100% the full length.
  2. Grab a mat or pad to kneel on to protect your knees.
  3. Grip both handles of the TRX and extend your arms out in front of you.
  4. While in the forward extension, sweep your arms out to the side as you bring them back to your side and end in the upright position, like you are performing the breaststroke.

Recommended: Three sets of 10-15 repetitions.
