- Aqua Babies: A fun, interactive session where caregivers and their babies (6 months – 3 years) engage in water-based activities. The class focuses on introducing babies to the water in a safe and supportive environment. Activities often include gentle splashing, floating, singing water songs, and basic water safety skills; all designs to help babies become comfortable in the water and strengthen the bond between baby and caregiver.
- Pre-Competition Small Group: For kids, these lessons are taught by Coaches with team experience. These hour-long classes are designed to help swimmers build endurance, learn all four competitive strokes, and refine their technique.
- Pre-Masters Small Group: This training program is designed for swimmers who are looking to feel more confident in joining a Masters Swim class or Team. This group is for adults, 18 years and up, who want to improve their swimming technique, endurance, and speed.
- Kids Flip Turn Clinic: Similar to our flip-turn clinic in November, but specifically for kiddos! There’s no age requirement, but swimming ability requirement. All kids attending should be able to swim a full length of the 25 yard pool, unassisted, while performing side breathing and kicking.
