Downtown Pilates 8-Week Beginner Reformer Class

Embark on a transformative fitness journey with our 8-week Beginner Reformer Class, running from January 15 – April 15. Join our talented Downtown Pilates instructor Carey Hilbert, on Tuesday mornings at 10am for an invigorating 55-minute sessions tailored for beginners. This is your chance to experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates in a small, supportive setting. This is perfect if you have been Pilates curious or have aches and pains that won’t go away. This is a small group with 5 people, be sure to reserve your spot early.
