This special once-a-month class, offered on the second Wednesday of each month, is part of our Spring Rejuvenation Series—designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your body and breath.
Begin with an energizing Vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement to awaken your body, improve circulation, and build warmth. Then, transition into restorative Yin postures, holding poses for longer durations to promote deep relaxation, flexibility, and release tension.
This practice is perfect for all levels, offering a balanced blend of strength and surrender—leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to embrace the season of renewal.
